Grupporeco’s American journey took shape between 2018 and 2019, when an initial intuition sparked the idea of developing a new production facility overseas to address a structural shortage in the local market, which offered significant volumes, and to position itself as a qualified strategic partner for US customers.

Between 2020 and 2023, Grupporeco launched a full greenfield project: from acquiring land in North Carolina to building a 200,000 sqft facility entirely from the ground up. The new plant in Kinston (NC) quickly became a strategic reference point and now stands as the group’s second-largest production site, designed to replicate European standards in terms of technology, quality, and process reliability.

The expansion into the United States enables Grupporeco to continue its growth trajectory, strengthen its international presence, and lay the foundation for further developments in a region rich with future opportunities.

In a short time, the new plant has become a strategic hub for the production of components for the dishwasher sector, confirming the group’s ability to invest strategically, innovate, and compete successfully in global markets.
